173: The Identity Shift That Unlocks Everything You Want
2025-09-08
In this episode, Kelly uncovers the transformational shifts that can change the way you live, think, and show up in the world. You'll hear about the power of gratitude, the beauty of living effortlessly, and how identity work shapes who you're becoming. Together, we'll uncover what it means to take inspired action, let go of what doesn't serve you, and embrace the imagination that allows you to step into the lead role of your own life.
[2:41] The Gift of Gratitude
"Once I started doing this personal development work, I felt happier. I found gratitude, and gratitude, I believe, is a part of prayer."
[9:03] Effortless Journey
"If you can allow yourself to be open and allow yourself to receive what could be meant for you, and just enjoy the effortlessness and the journey of it, then I think that's a little bit better of a life to live."
[12:07] The Identity Work
"The identity work is being the thing. Be it before it happens."
[16:46] Lit Up by Action
"So, you have to let go of the how and take the inspired action. Again, those inspired actions. Okay, this is lighting me up."
[24:32] Declutter with Purpose
"If it doesn't spark joy, get rid of it."
[27:15] Lead Your Life
"Tap back into that imagination and start thinking about who you want to be, and start becoming it. Imagine yourself as if. Act as if. Be the lead character, and act as if."
